This is a fascinating role for a talented Software Implementation Consultant to join an exciting new business which forms part of a major Global Software Company who deliver next generation technology products across various sectors.

The key focus of this role is to manage all aspects of a Microsoft based enterprise software implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training and full deployment.

The role will also involve a combination of managing a number of concurrent projects or for more complex implementations, working alongside the Project Manager to oversee the technical aspect of the implementation. You will also be required to apply Functional and Technical expertise to effectively execute requirements definition, solution design, configuration, training and deployment and troubleshoot any complex customer issues.

Candidates should have strong technical skills specifically in SQL, XML and XSLT with a focus on data conversion and migration

Any experience of working with workforce management, HR or payroll software products would be of interest.
